In Korean, "Arisu" (아리수) means "big water" or "great water". It is a combination of "Ari" (아리), meaning "big" or "great", and "Su" (수), meaning "water". Historically, Arisu was an old name for the Han River in ancient Korea, specifically during the Goguryeo period. In Asian culture Water brings prosperity, life and nourishment. We would like to welcome you to Arisu Korean BBQ located in the heart of Murfreesboro TN. Arisu Korean BBQ is a Locally owned family restaurant offering both Korean BBQ and traditional authentic Korean dishes. Our family recipes have been passed down from previous generations and all of our sauces and marinades are made in house from scratch by our head chef. We offer top quality meats such as Ribeye(Prime, 45 day Prime and Australian Wagyu) as well as Prime Brisket, Kotsal (boneless prime short rib), Galbi and Premium Pork Belly. We also offer traditional Bulgogi (Beef and Chicken), L.A. Galbi Short ribs as well as Marinated Shrimp and Scallops.
Our traditional Korean dishes include soups such as Tofu soup(soondubu), Galbi-Tang, Jigae, Yukgae-Jang and several others. We also offer Bibimbap, Japchae, Tteokbokkii(Spicy and Creamy), Korean Pancakes, as well as cold noodle dishes
